Evaluation is what you want to send a customer to after they have seen the interest section and want to see more. It should prove to the customer that you will provide a quality product or service. You should have a link to this page from the content you have created for the interest section. 

Trial is where you should send a potential customer when they are on the verge of making a purchase. This trial stage should give your potential customer a sneak peak of what it's like to own your product or buy your service. It should not cost the customer anything and yet must be very helpful. You should link to this page from whatever you've created for your evaluation stage, and link to your purchase page from this trial stage.
